Days for Girls Collaboration

Did you know that many girls all over the world are forced to miss a full week of school each month due to inaccessibility to feminine hygiene products? 

That ends up being 2 out of 10 months of education missed per year, and eight months missed of their entire high school education. 

Days for Girls has developed reusable feminine hygiene product kits and curriculum to keep girls in school and empower ALL people surrounding reproductive health and safety. 

As Days for Girls lessons are taught, a simultaneous course is taught for all the boys called "Men Who Know" to educate them on the same topics accompanied by a hands-on project building tippy-taps for their schools and communities. 

Every kit purchased for $15 gives a girl nearly a full school year back - worry free. 

Several times in the past, Heartbeat Ministries has partnered with Days for Girls and local schools in order to deliver this education and kits for girls +12. This year, we have raised over $7,500 in order to go to 7 schools in partnership with local teachers and guidance counselors! Stay tuned for more pictures!
